Welcome!

My name is Ella Keenan, and I am a senior Apparel Design student at Auburn University, graduating in August 2026. Growing up in Birmingham, Alabama, I was surrounded by creativity—my mother is an interior designer with a background in apparel, and my father studied graphic design. Their influence shaped my passion for design and inspired me to pursue a career in the creative industry.

Through my studies at Auburn, I have gained experience in apparel construction, patternmaking, textiles, and design development. Design school has challenged me to think critically, refine my technical skills, and expand my creativity. I have developed a strong appreciation for how patterns, textures, and colors can come together to tell a story through design.

I am eager to continue building my knowledge and skills as I prepare to transition into the professional design world. My goal is to pursue a career in apparel design where I can combine creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving to create meaningful, innovative work.
